Who is responsible

Marcis Prieditis is the data controller for this website and the Padel Score Tracker app. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to marcisprieditis@gmail.com.

Website and browser scoreboard data

• No account or form database. The site has no registration, newsletter, contact form or advertising profile.
• Local scoreboard data. Team names, settings, the current match and up to 50 past matches are kept in your browser's localStorage. They do not leave your device. This storage is necessary to provide the scoreboard you request. It remains until you clear the history or your browser's site data.
• Consent preference. A localStorage record remembers whether you selected essential-only or allowed optional technology. It expires after six months. No optional technology is active in this release.
• Technical delivery logs. Like any website, the static host may briefly process IP address, request time, requested URL, user-agent and error/security information to deliver and protect the site. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in reliable, secure delivery. The host acts as a processor and retains logs only for its configured security and operational period.

App data

Match settings, names, scores and history are used to provide the scoring features and are stored on your devices. The app does not require an account and does not use this information for advertising.

If you grant Apple Health permission, the app reads heart rate and active energy during a match and writes the resulting workout to Apple Health. This health data stays in HealthKit and on your Apple devices. It is not sent to RevenueCat, used for advertising, sold, or shared with data brokers. Health permission is optional and can be withdrawn in Apple Health or in iOS Settings.

RevenueCat processes the App Store receipt/transaction information needed to confirm a subscription, a pseudonymous app user identifier, and limited device and country information. This is necessary to unlock paid functionality and prevent purchase errors. See the RevenueCat privacy policy. Apple separately processes App Store purchases under its own privacy terms.

Support messages

If you email for support, the message, address and any diagnostic details you choose to include are used to answer and fix the issue. Do not send health data or other sensitive information unless it is necessary. Support correspondence is kept only while needed to resolve the request and meet legal record-keeping duties.

Sharing, transfers and links

Personal data is not sold. It is disclosed only to service providers needed to run the service (such as the static host and RevenueCat), to Apple for purchases and HealthKit features, or where the law requires it. Providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under their published safeguards. App Store and other external links load only after you choose to follow them and are then governed by the third party's terms.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email the controller to exercise a right. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority; the EDPB lists EU/EEA supervisory authorities.

Children and changes

The website does not knowingly collect children's personal data. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new date. If a change requires new consent, the site will ask again before enabling that processing.
