Refunds and cancellations

The website and browser scoreboard are free. iPhone and Apple Watch subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellations and refund requests are handled through your Apple account.

Cancel a subscription

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  3. Choose Padel Score Tracker and tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period shown by Apple. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Request an App Store refund

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
  3. Select Request a refund, choose a reason and the purchase.

Apple decides eligibility and timing under its media-services terms and applicable consumer law. This page does not remove statutory cancellation, conformity or refund rights. For a billing problem the developer can help identify the product, but cannot issue an App Store refund directly.
