Padel Score Tracker

Terms of use

These terms cover this website and its browser scoreboard. The iOS and watchOS app is also licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Who provides the service

The service is provided by Marcis Prieditis. Contact: marcisprieditis@gmail.com. By using the website or browser scoreboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Permitted use

You may use the site and scoreboard for personal, lawful padel scoring and information. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, misuse it for illegal activity, or reproduce its branding and content as your own. Rules articles are general information; tournament and club rules control your actual match.

No medical or professional advice

Heart-rate, calorie and workout information is for fitness tracking, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Stop exercising and seek qualified help if appropriate. The scorekeeper may contain errors; keep independent awareness of the score where a competition or wager depends on it. The service is not designed for betting.

The Apple app, subscriptions and refunds

Apps distributed through the Apple App Store are licensed under the Apple Standard EULA. Apple processes purchases, renewals, cancellations and eligible refunds. Prices and billing periods appear in the App Store purchase flow before you confirm. See the local refund page for practical steps. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Availability, liability and external services

The service is provided with reasonable care but may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the controller is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or rights EU/EEA consumers have under mandatory law. External services such as Apple and RevenueCat have their own terms and are responsible for their systems.

Changes and law

Material changes will be posted with a new date. These terms are governed by the law applicable where the provider is established, while consumers keep the mandatory protections and courts available in their country of residence.
